【苹果返校季活动被指缩水，客服回应】7月16日，苹果官网上线2026年返校季活动，将持续至8月27日。活动覆盖中国大陆、印度、马来西亚、菲律宾、新加坡、中国台湾、泰国和越南共八个市场。值得注意的是，MacBook Neo在所有参与国家均不在此次活动范围内，iPad mini、入门级iPad以及所有桌面级Mac产品同样被排除在外。今年苹果将赠品机制改为“849元促销优惠额度”。消费者可选择0元入手AirTag四件装；消费者也可以选择AirPods或Apple Pencil Pro，但需要补足差价。这也意味着，今年返校季活动中不再提供完全免费的AirPods，消费者最低需要补150元才能选择AirPods 4，而选择AirPods Pro 3则需补1050元。对此，不少网友纷纷吐槽，认为苹果返校季优惠活动“缩水”。7月16日，就此事联系苹果客服，对方表示目前暂无相关通知，已记录该反馈情况，后续将完善优化服务。
