Soficitinib(ICP-332)是公司自主研发的新一代高选择性口服TYK2抑制剂。TYK2属于Janus激酶(JAK)家族成员，在白细胞介素(IL)-12/IL-23家族细胞因子受体及I型干扰素(IFN)受体下游信号传导过程中发挥重要作用。相关信号通路参与调控辅助性T细胞17(Th17)、辅助性T细胞1(Th1)、B细胞及髓系细胞等多种免疫细胞功能，并与银屑病、炎症性肠病、系统性红斑狼疮、特应性皮炎等多种自身免疫性及慢性炎症性疾病的发生发展相关。
