智通财经APP讯，位元堂(00897)及WANG ON GROUP(01222)联合公布，于2026年7月16日，卖方(位元堂的间接全资附属公司)与买方深圳市鸿庆实业发展订立买卖协议，卖方有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意购买持有该物业的目标公司冠尊(深圳)商贸发展的全部已发行股本。目标公司出售事项的代价为人民币9980万元(相当于约1.15亿港元)。于出售事项完成后，宏安集团及位元堂集团将不再持有目标公司的任何股份。

该物业包括位元堂集团及宏安集团的物业、厂房及设备。宏安董事会及位元堂董事会认为，出售事项将有助于更有效善用位元堂集团及宏安集团的资源。经考虑位元堂集团及宏安集团目前的财务状况及业务营运后，宏安董事会及位元堂董事会相信，出售事项为本公司以合理价格变现该物业价值的良机。出售事项的所得款项将改善位元堂集团及宏安集团的财务状况及增加一般营运资金。
