金吾财讯 | 港银板块盘初悉数走高，截至发稿，汇丰控股(00005)涨2.03%，东亚银行(00023)涨1.65%，渣打集团(02888)涨1.64%，大新银行集团(02356)涨0.82%，中银香港(02388)涨0.48%。消息面上，高盛新近研究报告指出，中国人民银行于上周联同香港金管局及证监会，宣布11项深化香港与内地金融合作的新措施，其中六项聚焦支持香港固定收益及货币市场，其余五项旨在进一步发展香港离岸人民币业务，包括将人民币业务资金安排的总额度由2,000亿元人民币增加至5,000亿元人民币。该行认为措施对香港银行整体带来正面结构性影响，可支持人民币相关资产负债表增长。高盛指出，中银香港作为香港唯一人民币清算行，相信可成为短期主要受益者，措施将支持人民币清算及结算活动增加，并为中银香港带来费用收入上行空间。此外，高盛相信一系列新措施亦有助缓解投资者对近期内地跨境监管发展的忧虑，反映政策制定者继续致力发展香港作为领先离岸人民币中心的决心。此外，高盛对中银香港、渣打银行及汇丰控股均给予“买入”评级，对东亚银行予“沽售”评级。
