韩国金融委员会(FSC)计划将“公共增长基金”的运营规模从150万亿韩元扩大至200万亿韩元，并将投资范围扩展至航空航天等领域。根据政策简报，金融委员会将把公共增长基金的年度运营规模从目前的30万亿韩元提升至40万亿韩元，未来五年的总运营规模将达到200万亿韩元。支持对象也将从现有的12大高科技产业(半导体、显示器、人工智能、生物、疫苗、机器人、未来出行、国防、二次电池、氢能、关键矿产、内容产业)扩展至航空航天等新兴战略产业。特别是，长期增长资金将集中投入到半导体、人工智能数据中心(AIDC)和物理AI(Physical AI)这三大重点项目上。
