金吾财讯 | 光大证券研究指，2025年9月至今酒店行业逐渐迈入复苏期，根据STR数据，2025年9月，中国酒店整体RevPAR同比转正，25年10月至12月酒店整体RevPAR均同比正增长。供给端，扩张节奏有所放缓，2026年前9周，中国酒店客房总数同比增速维持2.1%~2.3%的低位区间。需求端，商务活动回暖，25年8月至12月，国内航线公商务旅客占比逐渐提升；休闲游保持较高热度。在供给放缓、需求保持韧性，以及酒店连锁化率持续提升使得龙头定价能力增强的背景下，2025年9月至今，中国酒店行业复苏趋势逐渐确立。
