智通财经APP讯，江西铜业股份(00358)发布公告，公司拟分拆其所属子公司江西省江铜铜箔科技股份有限公司(江铜铜箔)至香港联交所主板上市。本次分拆完成后，江西铜业的股权结构不会因此发生重大变化，且仍将维持对江铜铜箔的控制权。
通过本次分拆，江铜铜箔将作为江西铜业下属铜箔业务平台实现独立上市，借助香港资本市场拓宽融资渠道、增强资金实力，并完善激励机制，有利于其持续强化在电解铜箔领域的综合竞争力、品牌知名度和市场影响力。同时，江西铜业将进一步实现业务聚焦，全面提升公司整体综合竞争力。本次分拆充分契合国家加快有色金属产业迭代升级、电子信息产业化的战略规划，有助于完善高端铜箔产业链布局，加速电子电路、锂电用高精铜箔技术研发与产能落地。
