7月16日小鹏官方在社区发布关于小鹏X9空气弹簧的质保方案升级的公告。公告称关注到部分小鹏X9用户在高温等极端场景遇到空气弹簧故障带来不好的用车体验对此深表歉意。针对部分小鹏X9空气弹簧出现的故障小鹏集团提供小鹏X9专项升级质保方案：即日起小鹏X9前空气弹簧系统（含前空簧滑柱总成、供气单元、供气单元电磁阀盒、储气罐）质保延长至8年或16万公里该质保不受车主变更的影响。此前多位小鹏X9车主反映车辆在行驶途中趴窝故障主要集中在空气悬挂漏气、车身单侧或整体塌陷等。
