智通财经APP获悉，中原地产研究部高级联席董事杨明仪指出，本周CVI最新报77.62点，较上周81.82点下跌4.20点，为今年2月初以来首度跌穿80点。
杨明仪指，美伊战争再度升温，CVI回软，但连续41周企稳60点以上看好区。世界杯赛事进入最后阶段，股市回升，多个大型新盘蓄势待发推出，带动楼市气氛，加上多间香港本地银行再提高现金回赠，反映银行对楼市仍具信心，按揭取态正面乐观，料第三季CVI可于60点以上看好区维持，预示楼价向上方向未变，但升幅将减慢。
最新CCL报159.54点，较2025年5月H按息再度低于封顶息当周的135.16点低位升18.04%，财案放宽印花税后升18.27%，较减息周期前的135.86点低位升17.43%， 2026年暂累升10.71%。
