ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，ARK Invest 研究总监 Lorenzo Valente 发文反驳 a16z crypto 关于“传统金融将采用区块链，而非 DeFi”的观点，认为机构未来将越来越多地依赖 DeFi 基础设施。
Valente 表示，公有链已在实际发展中领先于私有链项目，以太坊等开放网络上的代币化资产增长便是例证。他同时认为，Circle、Coinbase 等加密原生企业，比传统金融机构更有条件建设下一代金融基础设施。
a16z crypto 此前表示，银行与资产管理机构不会直接采用 DeFi，而是会选择符合现有合规、治理和运营要求的区块链技术，包括代币化、原子结算等功能，同时继续维持许可制和机构控制。
Sentora 联合创始人 Jesus Rodriguez 同样对 a16z 的观点提出异议，认为机构可能采用 DeFi 的底层基础设施，并在其上叠加合规、托管及其他企业级控制。
