成本端增速可控，当期非利息支出仅同比上涨 6%，人力扩招、薪酬上调、外部服务采购为成本上涨主要来源。整体业务呈现量价齐升格局，净息差改善叠加中间业务多元扩张，有效对冲人力与服务成本上行压力，银行盈利韧性持续显现。
