融资方案设置超额认购选择权，票据初始认购方可在13天窗口期内，追加认购最高1.5亿美元额度票据。不含超额认购的情况下，本次发行净募资约9.836亿美元；若全额行使追加认购权利，公司整体净募资规模将达11.3亿美元，为企业业务扩张储备充足现金流。资金用途明确，将主要用于上限期权交易结算、核心业务增长计划推进、发行能力建设，同时支撑潜在的行业合作与产业并购活动。
