高盛集团周三启动三部分欧元债券发行。一天前，该公司发布业绩，并在美国发行100亿美元债券。

　　据一名知情人士称，高盛希望通过这笔基准规模交易募资至少15亿欧元（17亿美元）。因信息未公开，知情人士要求匿名。此次发行分为三部分，包括一笔三年后可首次赎回的浮动利率债券、一笔同样三年后可首次赎回的固定利率债券，以及另一笔期限更长、七年后可赎回的固定利率债券。

　　高盛此前已经完成两笔债券发行，规模在今年金融机构的债券发行交易中居前。彭博汇总的数据显示，该公司2月通过四部分欧元债券发行募资70亿欧元，是2026年该地区金融行业规模最大的债券发行交易。1月，高盛发行创纪录的160亿美元债券，规模创美国银行业史上最大。

　　高盛周二在美国进行三部分债券发行，需求峰值时吸引了约320亿美元认购。
