北极星储能网讯：2026年7月13日，陕西西安市未央区400MW/1.2GWh新型独立储能项目EPC中标候选人公示，陕西建工第七公司与四川宝能电力联合体预中标，投标价格1761347500元，合单价1.47元/Wh。
2026年5月28日，该项目招标，项目投资总额220000万元，招标估算价约187000万元，合单价1.56元/Wh。
厂区内布置160MW/480MWh全钒液流储能模块，加240MW/720MWh磷酸铁锂储能模块，构建出400MW/1.2GWh储能系统，并新建一座330KV变电站，主变规模为420MVA。
招标人陕西建工瑞山新能源有限公司为国有企业，是陕西建工集团股份有限公司旗下控股企业。
