【央行：继续常态化发行央行票据 支持财政部提高离岸人民币国债发行规模】7月15日，中国人民银行货币政策司司长谢光启在国新办新闻发布会上表示，人民银行将继续常态化发行央行票据，并支持财政部进一步提高离岸人民币国债发行规模、丰富发行期限、增加优质资产供给，通过市场的健全和完善，吸引主权机构、金融机构、跨国企业等主体来发行人民币债券，丰富多元化资产供给。
