路透阿姆斯特丹7月15日 - 全球领先的计算机芯片设备制造商ASML（ASML.AS）表示，其周三随第二季度财报（(link)）一同公布的2027年和2028年产能扩张计划，已将埃隆·马斯克计划在得克萨斯州建设的Terafab芯片生产设施对其设备的 demand 纳入考量。
“我们正与所有客户保持沟通，并且了解……他们的建设计划，”首席财务官罗杰·达森在电话会议上表示。“Terafab也是这些计划的一部分。”
达森称，全球出货的高数值孔径极紫外光刻（$(EUV)$ (link)）系统的数量仅为个位数。这指的是下一代半导体光刻技术。
他表示，如果中国无法扩大芯片生产能力，由于全球对芯片的需求保持不变，生产将转移到其他地方。
达森还表示，ASML的2027年EUV产能已接近满额预订，并已锁定大量2028年的EUV订单。
