据The Information援引知情人士报道，阿斯麦计划提高其芯片制造设备的价格，此举可能与其最大客户台积电发生冲突。据悉台积电已开始反对该计划。阿斯麦先进的EUV设备是芯片制造商生产先进半导体所必需的，而人工智能正推动其需求激增。阿斯麦首席财务官罗杰·达森周三在公司财报电话会议上提到，可能会对该公司较不先进的设备——低数值孔径EUV——进行价格调整。他表示，“我们持续提高低数值孔径EUV的生产效率，这自然为我们未来潜在的提价提供了相当强劲的发展空间。”但他补充称，由于订单周期较长，任何价格变动都不会在“明天”就产生定价影响。
