智通财经APP讯，擎华控股(08082)发布公告，叶奇志先生已递呈辞任公司公司秘书及财务总监职务，自2026年7月15日起生效，并因此不再担任香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下规定的公司其中一名授权代表，自2026年7月15日起生效。
公司已委聘施韦箂有限公司为公司提供公司秘书服务支援，而施韦箂已提名邱颖彤女士担任公司秘书、根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港接收法律程序文件及根据GEM上市规则第24.05(2)条代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的香港法律程序文件代理人(统称“法律程序文件代理人”)以及授权代表，自2026年7月15日起生效。
