高盛在公布创纪录的股票交易收入后，势将通过发行高评级债券筹集100亿美元，投资者认购需求约为发行规模的三倍。

　　据知情人士透露，这笔周二启动的债券发行在认购高峰时获得约320亿美元订单。

　　高盛周二公布的业绩远超市场预期，其股票业务连续第三个季度创下历史最高纪录。仅过去三个月的收入，就超过该业务2019年全年四个季度的总和。

　　高盛此次发行三部分美元债券，期限从6年到31年不等。其中一位知情人士表示，最长期限债券收益率将较美国国债收益率高113个基点，相比最初价格指引收窄约22个基点。
