知情人士称，Lucid Group Inc．正与重组顾问合作，以扭转经营困境，消息导致这家电动汽车制造商股价跌幅创纪录。

　　知情人士称，咨询公司AlixPartners已受聘审查Lucid运营的各个方面。他们表示，这家汽车制造商正寻求优化业务、削减成本，并确保一款新的中型车顺利推出。

　　Lucid在声明中证实，公司正与该顾问合作，同时称行业刊物中有关其可能申请破产的传言“完全不实”。

　　“公司拥有充足的流动性，足以支撑运营直到明年较晚时候，”Lucid周二表示，并补充称，公司重点是改善执行和运营。“AlixPartners只是在这方面协助我们，不涉及其他事项，也没有向管理层或董事会建议破产。”

　　Lucid股价一度暴跌57%，创下该公司史上最大盘中跌幅，随后跌幅收窄。该股因波动剧烈多次停牌。

　　目前尚不清楚，如果当前的扭亏努力未能取得成效，Lucid是否会考虑采取更重大的措施。随着公司推出新车型，其一直依靠最大股东沙特阿拉伯公共投资基金（Public Investment Fund）支持运营。

　　行业刊物EV周二报道称，据一名不具名知情人士透露，正在考虑的战略选项包括将公司私有化，或根据美国《破产法》第11章申请破产保护。
