智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月14日，新高教集团(02001)出现仓位异动，转仓市值总计6015.35万港元，占比5.17%。该公司股东向UBS Securities Hong Kong转入1亿股，从花旗银行转出1.01亿股。
新高教集团此前发布公告，于2026年5月29日，卖方北京大爱树人教育咨询有限公司(本公司一间综合联属实体)、买方广西英华海岸教育投资有限公司及目标公司嵩明新巨企业管理有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，卖方已同意按代价出售而买方已同意按代价收购待售股份，代价为人民币3.6亿元。于交割后，目标公司(即广西学校举办者的唯一股东)由买方拥有100%股权，而目标公司不再为本公司的附属公司。此外，相关结构性合约已告终止，且不再具有任何效力，因此，广西学校的财务业绩亦将不再并入本集团的综合财务报表。
