智通财经APP获悉，硬蛋创新(00400)发布自愿性公告称，集团已完成战略升级，由人工智能硬件分销商升级为垂直AI Token工厂运营商，并累计签订意向服务订单合共逾10亿美元，客户涵盖全球一线云服务供应商、具身智能公司及AI模型公司。
硬蛋创新表示，集团已建立垂直行业Token算力调度平台，采用Token算力分成盈利模式。其算力基础设施将以自有集群与海内外第三方算力中心“双轨模式”部署，并计划在中国境内外多个地点搭建分布式算力节点。
根据公告，硬蛋创新将为算力合作方提供机房搭建、集群运维及客源导流一站式配套服务，同时面向人形机器人、无人机等垂直行业企业输出轻量化Token算力服务。
董事会认为，集团已在垂直AI算力赛道建立先发优势，并将持续扩张分布式算力节点，迭代行业定制化Token产品，将Token运营服务打造为集团第二增长曲线。
