格隆汇7月16日丨龙翼航空科技(00918.HK)发布公告，董事会接获Always Profit Development Limited(“卖方”，一间由张金兵全资拥有的公司)通知，其已于2026年7月16日(交易时段前)订立股份买卖协议。根据该协议，卖方同意向SBI CHINA FUND LP(“买方”)出售公司3亿股普通股，该等股份占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约26.93%，每股出售股份作价1港元。 假设于出售事项完成前公司已发行股份数目并无变动，紧随出售事项完成后，卖方所持公司股份数目将减少至约2.27亿股，占公司已发行股本总额的20.40%。由于出售事项，卖方于公司持有的表决权比例将降至30.00%以下。因此，紧随出售事项完成后，卖方将不再为公司的控股股东。
