医疗保健房地产投资信托公司LTC Properties今日宣布，将于8月5日美股收盘后发布2026年第二季度财务业绩。公司将于8月6日上午8：00（太平洋时间）举行电话会议及网络直播，讨论第二季度运营业绩。

　　这家总部位于加州西湖村的REIT正处在从传统三重净租赁结构向老年住宅运营物业组合转型的关键时期。第一季度，公司营收达9541万美元，同比增长94.7%，远超市场预期；但每股收益0.48美元低于预期的0.53美元。核心每股运营资金为0.69美元，同比增长6%；核心每股可分配资金增长3%至0.72美元。

　　第一季度，LTC完成了1.08亿美元的SHOP收购，并将2600万美元现有物业转换为SHOP结构。第二季度又追加了900万美元收购及3200万美元物业转换，另预计完成2.5亿美元SHOP收购。公司正积极从技术性护理机构退出，预计到2026年底，SHOP将占总资产价值的45%，三重净租赁占比降至36%。
