多家律师事务所近日对GPGI公司提起证券欺诈集体诉讼，指控其在收购Husky Technologies过程中夸大标的公司价值并误导投资者。GPGI前身为CompoSecure，原经营金融科技与安全业务，2026年1月完成对Husky的收购后更名为GPGI。

　　诉讼覆盖2025年11月3日至2026年5月6日期间购买GPGI股票的投资者。起诉书称，被告在代理声明中大幅高估了Husky的价值，其营收和调整后EBITDA目标缺乏客观事实依据，且收购的主要动机之一是为关联方Resolute Holdings及个人被告创造数百万美元费用，而非为股东创造长期价值。

　　2026年2月26日，做空机构Jehoshaphat Research发布报告，指控GPGI夸大Husky价值以换取股东对收购的批准。报告发布后，GPGI股价从23.12美元下跌。

　　此后公司披露的财务数据印证了市场担忧。3月12日公布的财报显示，Husky第四季度调整后EBITDA利润率从29.3%压缩至26.1%，GPGI股价两日内下跌16%。5月7日，公司披露第一季度Husky调整后净销售额同比下降5.2%，调整后EBITDA暴跌40.2%，同时大幅下调2026年全年业绩指引，股价当日再跌近26%。
