　　对于第二季度，公司此前给出的业绩指引为：营收8000万至9000万美元，房产交易量300至350笔（较第一季度环比增长14%至33%），调整后EBITDA亏损较第一季度的672万美元有所收窄。管理层表示，预计在2026年底前实现调整后EBITDA转正，并重申达到每季度约1000笔交易是盈亏平衡的关键门槛。
