eBay's (EBAY) proposed acquisition of Depop received clearance from the UK Competition and Markets Authority, the regulator said Wednesday.
The regulator said it approved the transaction following its merger review and will publish the full decision in due course.
The CMA began its formal review in June after launching a merger inquiry into the proposed acquisition, it added.
