消息面上，万顺集团控股发布公告称，执行董事兼董事会主席张元通及执行董事张元秋作为卖方，与四川万乐鑫科技订立意向书。根据意向书，卖方可能向潜在买方出售销售股份，倘落实，可能会导致该公司控制权变动，并触发根据收购守则针对全部已发行股份的强制性全面要约。卖方透过 Prime Pinnacle 间接持有7.5亿股公司股份或占75%。
