Worley (ASX:WOR) said Anglo Asian Mining appointed the firm to complete feasibility studies for the Xarxar and Garadag copper deposits in Azerbaijan, according to a Thursday statement.
It will examine development options for copper heap leach processing and solvent extraction-electrowinning.
The study for the Xarxar deposit is expected to be completed by mid‑2027, while the one for the Garadag deposit is expected to be completed in the first half of 2028.
