据韩国媒体，韩国法律界15日消息，首尔中央地方检察厅公平交易调查部当天以涉嫌违反《公平交易法》为由，对中国半导体设计专业公司澜起科技、日本瑞萨电子以及美国Rambus公司的韩国办事处进行了查抄。 这些企业向三星电子、SK 海力士以及美国美光等公司供应存储器接口芯片(MIC)等产品。MIC是一种半导体芯片，在人工智能半导体中，能够稳定连接并控制GPU与HBM等存储器之间的超高速数据传输，从而维持信号质量。 这些企业涉嫌在向三星电子等公司供应半导体零部件时串通价格。据悉，检方在当天的扣押搜查中，获取了部分企业相关人员的手机等物品。
