为庆祝品牌成立89周年，Krispy Kreme将于7月17日（周五）推出限时优惠活动，顾客仅需89美分即可购得一打招牌原味糖霜甜甜圈。
此次促销活动仅限7月17日当天，在美国境内参与活动的门店有效。优惠规则为：顾客购买任意一打正价甜甜圈后，即可加购一打原味糖霜甜甜圈，价格为89美分。该促销在店内和汽车餐厅通道每人限购两打，在线下单自提或外卖则每单限购一打。
Krispy Kreme首席品牌与产品官Alison Holder表示，品牌的每个生日都是对粉丝的庆祝，以89美分的价格提供原味糖霜甜甜圈，是向那些将Krispy Kreme融入庆祝活动、传统和日常生活甜蜜时刻的顾客表达感谢。
自1937年创始人Vernon Rudolph在北卡罗来纳州温斯顿-塞勒姆开设首家门店以来，Krispy Kreme已从一家街边小店发展为业务遍及40多个国家的全球品牌。每年以对应年龄的价格开展生日促销，已成为该品牌回馈顾客的年度传统。
