智通财经APP讯，集海黄金(02489)发布公告，其拟根据公司于2026年6月26日举行的股东周年大会上通过的普通决议案，行使授予董事会购回股份的一般授权，以购回最多2.4亿股公司股份，相当于股东周年大会日期已发行股份总数(不包括库存股份，如有)10%的股份，该授权将于公司下届股东周年大会结束后届满。
董事会已决定行使股份购回授权，根据市况不时于公开市场购回股份，并动用最多2000万港元进行建议股份购回。建议股份购回计划的有效期将持续至达到2000万港元的上限或股份购回授权届满为止，以较早者为准。公司拟以其自身可用现金，而非来自股份于香港联合交易所有限公司主板上市的所得款项为建议股份购回计划拨资。建议股份购回计划不会在可能对集团的日常营运或未来资金开支计划造成重大不利影响的情况下实施。
