智通财经APP获悉，韩国ETF集体低开，截至发稿，南方两倍做多海力士(07709)跌14.99%，报61.02港元；南方两倍做多三星电子(07747)跌14.99%，报87.82港元；TR韩国(02848)跌6.98%，报1680港元。
消息面上，7月16日，韩国股市开盘大跌，韩国交易所对KOSPI指数启动临时停牌机制。个股方面，SK海力士跌超10%，三星电子跌逾7%。隔夜美股存储概念股集体大跌，SK海力士跌超9%，美光科技、闪迪、西部数据跌超8%。7月16日，韩国央行宣布将利率上调25个基点至2.75%，为2023年1月以来首次加息。
日前在首尔召开的政策会议上，韩国总统李在明承认，围绕杠杆ETF的争议正在升温，并要求韩国金融监督院和韩国交易所负责人尽快处理这一问题，同时准备后续应对措施。韩国金融投资协会披露，国内10家大型资产管理公司的首席执行官已就个股杠杆ETF的投资者保护安排展开讨论，议题包括上调最低存款门槛，以及分散每日再平衡交易时点。
