7月16日，由新浪财经主办的“2026新浪全球资本峰会”在中国香港隆重举行。本次峰会以“立足香港，放眼世界”为主题，汇聚全球政、商、学、研各界领军人物，围绕全球资本市场走势、跨境资金配置、科技企业出海等核心议题展开深度对话。

　　峰会嘉宾阵容涵盖政界高层、国际金融组织、顶尖投行、产业龙头及学术前沿。全国政协副主席、香港特别行政区前行政长官梁振英，世界银行前副行长、牛津大学教授伊恩·戈尔丁，中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所创始所长、首席科学家王中林院士，滴灌通创始人、港交所前行政总裁李小加，南方东英CEO丁晨，摩根士丹利首席经济学家邢自强等出席，围绕全球金融市场新风向展开巅峰对话。

　　香港金融发展局行政总监董一岳博士出席会议并发表主题演讲。

　　董一岳表示，香港是中国的一部分，是对外最开放的一个窗户。“如果我们这个窗户不透气，我们国家那边其实也透不过气、喘不过气。”如何把门户开得更流通、实现内外对流，是香港必须回答的命题。

　　中国是全球最大的黄金等大宗商品买家，但交易仍大量依赖第三方货币结算，产生额外交易成本。在地缘政治不稳定的背景下，香港应在定价权和交割货币选择上争取更大话语权。
