ASML Holding (ASML) said Wednesday Intel's (INTC) Foundry business is using its High NA EUV technology on the Intel 18A node to manufacture a portion of its Core Ultra Series 3 Panther Lake processors.
The chipmaker started high-volume production for the components in Oregon with customer shipment yields matching previous platforms, the company said.
Deploying the machinery for specific processor layers supplies both businesses with operational data to improve equipment setup and manufacturing, ASML said.
Shares of the company were up over 3% in Wednesday premarket activity.
