智通财经APP讯，兆科眼科-B(06622)发布公告，于2026年6月22日，公司已收购NVK002(硫酸阿托品滴眼液)的全球权利。NVK002此一产品旨在减慢儿童近视加深。
根据协议条款，公司将取得与NVK002相关的所有知识产权、商标、监管存档、临床数据、制造能力及其他相关资产的全球拥有权。本次收购让公司可全面控制该产品在全球的开发、制造及商业化工作。该协议取代公司现时的许可安排，整合公司拥有的各项权利，助力高效落地全球化战略。
作为交易的一部分，公司已向NVK002的卖方授出一项永久性的免专利权费专属许可，该项权利已出让予Nevakar Pharmaceuticals,Inc.(Nevakar)，以于美国开发及商业化NVK002。
Nevakar将协助完成过渡期，并继续作为美国市场的策略伙伴。该协议亦包含有关不竞争义务、监管合作及弥偿责任的标准条款，以确保持续营运及保障资产价值。
