智通财经APP讯，中国中药(00570)发布公告，预期集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月亏损约为人民币8亿元至8.5亿元，去年同期亏损约人民币1.42亿元。
董事会认为：(i)中药配方颗粒业态受行业政策调整及市场环境变化的影响，销售收入及盈利能力下降，由此导致进一步商誉减值;(ii)中成药业态和中药材生产及经营业态收入规模及盈利能力出现下跌;(iii)本期资产减值、信用减值及部分附属公司补缴税款增加，亦对亏损构成影响。董事会强调，上述商誉减值属非现金性质，乃为使集团财务状况未来可取得改善而采取的必要措施。面对日益严格的外部监管环境，集团将积极研判现有业务模式，并透过提升营运效益、优化资源配置及改革营销模式等方式，以切实应对行业竞争加剧及宏观经济环境带来的持续挑战。
