智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)公布，于2026年7月20日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方(公司的间接全资附属公司Seacon Tokyo Ltd)与买方OBE SHIPS MARITIME S.A.订立协议，卖方拟向买方出售一艘于2023年建造的总吨位为36,570吨的散货船，代价为4160万美元。
船舶目前根据光船租赁，由拥有人租赁予卖方。卖方意图于交付日期之前，根据光船租赁的条款，按购买选择权价格行使购买选择权以收购船舶。卖方透过行使购买选择权收购的船舶，将根据协议进一步交付予买方。
