【欧盟拟调整碳排放交易体系 减轻企业脱碳压力】欧盟委员会17日提出修订欧盟碳排放交易体系的方案，以减轻企业在脱碳过程中的压力，同时确保欧盟实现2040年气候目标。根据欧盟委员会公布的方案，欧盟将更新碳排放的“线性削减系数”，即每年欧盟碳排放总量限额下降的幅度。该系数将在2031年至2035年间下调至3.7%，2036年至2040年间调整至1.7%，使减排更趋平缓。目前该系数是4.3%，在2028年到2030年间计划为4.4%。
