Almonty Industries (ASX:AII) said it will voluntarily delist its common shares from the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) effective after market close on July 31, while continuing to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker "ALM," according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the decision reflects that the majority of its trading activity now takes place on Nasdaq and will help lower the costs and administrative requirements associated with maintaining a TSX listing, the filing added.
