消息面上，据中电光谷官微消息，近期，火炬·海沧308科技园项目正式启动。据悉，该项目启动也是2026年海沧区人工智能赋能“四链融合”对接活动的重要环节。作为火炬集团在海沧区落地的首个开发项目，该园区盘活原308工业园存量用地，同时携手国内领先的产业运营集团——中电光谷，创新“敏捷定制”开发范式，聚焦电子信息、生物医药、新材料等产业领域，招引优质企业入驻。
此前，中电光谷披露截至2025年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，2025年度，中电光谷实现收入总额约39.20亿元，同比增长9.2%；其中园区运营收入21.37亿元，占总收入比重为54.5%；实现经营活动现金净流入1.04亿元，经营活动现金流持续七年为正，财务基本面维持稳健。值得一提的是，作为中电光谷商业模式创新的关键路径，敏捷定制业务展现强劲增长势能，2025年签约面积超7.8万平方米，合同金额突破3.28亿元，发展潜力持续释放。
