Regions Financial(RF)二季度盈利超预期 全年经营指引维持稳定

金吾财讯 | 区域银行 Regions Financial (RF) 披露 2026 年第二季度经营数据，盈利、净利息收入表现优于市场预期，信贷损失拨备大幅低于预估，盘前股价波动有限。当期非 GAAP 每股收益 0.68 美元，高于市场 0.63 美元一致预期，环比一季度 0.62 美元、同比去年 0.60 美元同步提升。

调整后总营收 19.5 亿美元，与机构平均预期持平，一季度营收 18.7 亿美元；净利息收入 12.9 亿美元小幅超出 12.8 亿美元预期，环比、同比均实现增长。净息差 3.66%，略低于市场 3.67% 预期，环比小幅收窄，但同比改善 1 个基点。信贷拨备仅 6800 万美元，远低于 1.24 亿美元预期，资产质量承压减轻。资产规模稳步扩张，平均贷款 987 亿美元，平均存款 1307 亿美元，调整后有形普通股权益回报率升至 20.18%，盈利效率持续优化。

管理层维持全年经营指引不变，全年净利息收入增速 2.5%-4%，年末净息差目标 3.70%；调整后非利息收入增长 3%-5%，非利息支出增速 1.5%-3.5%，全年可实现经营杠杆。三季度前瞻指标平稳，净利息收入环比增约 2%，净息差持平或小幅上行，资本市场收入短期承压，区间下限 9000 万至 1.05 亿美元，后续逐步回暖。
