路透7月17日 - 科莱恩公司（Clariant） CLN.S 周五表示，该公司拒绝接受陶氏欧洲（Dow Europe）针对四家企业提出的11亿欧元（12.6亿美元）赔偿索赔，该索赔指控上述企业涉嫌在乙烯采购市场违反竞争法。
这家瑞士特种化学品制造商此前曾收到过 (link) 来自奥地利石油天然气集团（OMV） OMVV.VI、巴斯夫（BASF） BASFn.DE 以及道达尔能源（TotalEnergies） TTEF.PA 的类似索赔。
2020年，欧盟执委会因科莱恩、墨西哥奥尔比亚公司 ORBIA.MX 以及美国塞拉尼斯集团 CE.N合谋压低乙烯采购价格，对其处以共计2.6亿欧元的罚款。
“科莱恩坚决否认(陶氏欧洲) 的指控，并将在此诉讼程序中坚定捍卫自身立场，”该公司在声明中表示。声明补充道，该诉讼已提交至德国多特蒙德法院。
