ChainCatcher 消息，韩国共同民主党表示，将在完成党内领导层调整后重启数字资产特别工作组，并计划于 9 月提出《数字资产基本法》法案，目标是在年内完成立法。共同民主党议员朴敏圭称，法案内容及提交时间将由国会、总统府及相关部门共同协调，最快有望于 9 月初启动讨论。
除明确稳定币发行主体外，还需同步完善市场结构、安全及监管等配套制度，并建立符合韩国金融监管环境的本土化数字资产体系。此外，共同民主党议员闵炳德建议将韩元稳定币打造为支持韩国文化、商业、旅游和制造业海外发展的支付与结算工具。
