阿斯麦控股将向全球员工发放一次性2万欧元（约合22，862美元）奖励。随着人工智能需求推动销售额创下新高，该公司加入了越来越多芯片企业与员工分享业绩红利的行列。
这家欧洲市值最高的公司周五通过电子邮件声明表示，将于2027年1月1日向全球员工授予股票奖励，前提是员工在整个归属期内持续任职，该奖励将于2030年初完成归属。
阿斯麦此举正值全球AI建设热潮推动对其产品需求激增之际。此前，包括三星电子和SK海力士在内的芯片制造商也已向员工发放奖金。随着AI基础设施投资带来巨额收益，越来越多受益最大的企业正面临与员工分享更多利润的压力。台积电今年5月也承诺，今年员工获得的利润分成平均提高30%以上。
阿斯麦周三今年以来第二次上调全年销售预期，并宣布将扩大产能，以满足AI带动的需求增长。这家总部位于荷兰费尔德霍芬的公司，是全球唯一能够生产先进光刻机的制造商，而该设备是制造先进半导体不可或缺的关键装备。
