蓝鲸新闻7月17日讯，近日，河南证监局发布行政监管措施决定书，剑指鑫苑（中国）置业有限公司及相关责任人。决定书显示，鑫苑（中国）置业有限公司存在以下情形：未及时披露债务逾期事项，2025年8月20日至8月31日期间累计发生4笔债务逾期，涉及金额合计593,879,005.92元，均未及时披露临时报告；违反非经营性往来占款和资金拆借相关承诺，截至2025年末，未收回的非经营性往来占款和资金拆借余额合计64.82亿元，违反了募集说明书承诺。以上行为违反了《公司债券发行与交易管理办法》的相关规定。针对上述违法行为，河南证监局对鑫苑（中国）置业有限公司采取出具警示函的行政监管措施，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案。
