智通财经APP讯，燕之屋(01497)发布公告，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月(2026年中期期间)将取得收入约人民币11.67亿元至人民币12.17亿元，较2025年同期收入增长最多约15%至20%;及集团预期于2026年中期期间将取得净利润约人民币1.05亿元至人民币1.16亿元，较2025年同期净利润增长约35%至50%。
董事会认为净利润的预期增长主要归因于以下原因：
一、 公司结合目前经济形势和市场环境，聚焦核心品类，进一步拓展消费场景，丰富产品矩阵，带动线上和线下渠道收入同步增长;
二、 通过燕窝智能工厂智能制造升级和工艺迭代改进，公司生产经营效率稳步提升，有效推动了成本结构的优化升级，进而带动毛利率改善;及
三、 2025年6月公司应用估值模型评估其相关现金产生单位，并相应计提商誉减值损失，2026年6月以同一估值模型评估，并无计提对应现金产生单位的有关减值损失。
