据锡斯坦-俾路支斯坦省伊兰沙赫尔市市长发布的消息报道，美军在夜间对伊朗南部地区实施的空袭中，直接轰炸了该市的一座发电站和一座机场，导致两处基础设施严重受损。据悉，上述两处重点设施此前已多次遭到美军的火力袭击。
军事观察人士指出，本轮美伊冲突已连续多日升级，双方的报复性打击范围正加速向非军事目标及关键民生基础设施延伸。在此前交火中，科威特官方曾证实其国内多台发电机组在伊朗的军事行动中受损。随着美军将空袭范围进一步扩大至伊朗南部的能源网络与交通枢纽，引发国际社会对地缘局势走向全面战争的担忧严重升温。
目前，中东地区安全形势极具不确定性。联合国及相关各方此前多次呼吁美伊双方保持克制，停止一切导致敌对行动升级的危险举措。分析认为，针对发电站等涉及基本民生的基础设施进行连续轰炸，将使海湾地区的能源安全和人道主义风险面临更严峻的考验。
