　　近日，中国银行新加坡分行正式获新加坡金融管理局（MAS）批准，被指定为一级交易商（Primary Dealer），成为首家获此资格的中资银行。

　　一级交易商是经新加坡金融管理局批准，作为新加坡政府证券（SGS）和新加坡金融管理局发行证券的专业中介机构，主要承担做市交易和承销招标等核心职责，在促进新加坡债券市场发展方面发挥重要作用。此次获批标志着中国银行服务新加坡金融市场发展、参与资本市场建设迈出重要一步、取得重大进展。

　　中国银行充分依托全球化优势、综合化特色，深耕新加坡市场九十载，金融市场业务领域的专业能力、市场影响力和综合服务水平获得市场认可。

　　近年来中国银行支持中新经贸金融合作情况：

　　促进中新两国金融市场互联互通，推动熊猫债首次挂牌新加坡交易所，被纳入2024年中新双边合作联委会6项金融合作成果之一。

　　持续巩固提升当地人民币产品与服务主要提供商地位，2025年跨境人民币结算量突破万亿元，人民币期货交易量达9000亿元。

　　开创境外机构直投中国债市新通道，2025年落地新加坡境外柜台债券业务，被纳入2025年中新双边合作联委会6项金融合作成果之一。

　　中国银行将以此次获指定为新加坡一级交易商为契机，不断提升综合金融服务能力，为资本市场互联互通贡献更大力量。
