Globavend Unit Signs Distribution Deal With DramaBox; Shares Fall Pre-Bell

Globavend (GVH) unit Loomi Entertainment has entered a global distribution agreement with micro-drama streaming platform DramaBox for the release of its artificial intelligence-produced English-language series "The Wolf King's Forbidden Bride," the company said Monday.
Financial details weren't provided.
The agreement expands Loomi's distribution network by adding DramaBox alongside its owned-and-operated Loomi: Short Drama platform.
Shares of Globavend were 34% lower in Monday premarket activity.
